Stephen "Stevie" Ray Vaughan foi um guitarrista, cantor e compositor de blues elétrico norte-americano. Era o líder da Double Trouble. Nascido em Dallas, Vaughan se mudou para Austin com 17 anos, quando iniciou sua carreira musical. No início de sua carreira Vaughan fazia apresentações na banda de seu irmão Jimmie Vaughan, a princípio tocando o contra-baixo, apenas para ter a oportunidade de tocar em uma banda, que era seu desejo na época. Stephen "Stevie" Ray Vaughan was a guitarist, singer and composer of American electric blues. It was the leader of the Double Trouble. Born in Dallas, Vaughan moved to Austin 17, when he started his musical career. Early in his career Vaughan made presentations in the band of his brother Jimmie Vaughan, at first playing the bass, just to have the opportunity to play in a band, it was his desire at the time.
