Representante tradicional do Choro, gênero de música instrumental mais antigo do Brasil, o violonista de 7 cordas Zé Barbeiro produz um diálogo entre o choro tradicional e o moderno, seu repertório é rico em balanço, contraponto e polifonia. Ganhou o Prêmio Pixinguinha e lançou o seu primeiro trabalho inédito e autoral solo o Cd “Segura a Bucha”. Em 2010 ganhou dois prêmios, um da Secretaria de Cultura de São Paulo e outro do Itaú Cultural Projeto Rumos, que permitiram a gravação de seu segundo trabalho autoral inédito, o CD “No Salão do Barbeiro”, com uma proposta mais popular, focada no choro contemporâneo para dançar. O Cd teve gravação ao vivo no Itaú Cultural e foi lançado dia 03/12/2011, 21h na Choperia do Sesc Pompéia. Zé Barbeiro se apresenta, semanalmente, há mais de dez anos as terças no bar ó do Borogodó, as sextas-feiras no bar do Cidão, ambos na Vila Madalena, e dá aula de prática de choro para grupos de instrumentistas. Representative of traditional Choro , the oldest genre of instrumental music Brazil , the 7-string guitarist Joe Barber produces a dialogue between traditional and modern crying, her repertoire is rich in swing, counterpoint and polyphony . Pixinguinha won the Award and launched his first novel and original work solo cd " Hold the bush ." In 2010 he won two awards , one from the Department of Culture of São Paulo and other Itaú Cultural Paths Project , which allowed the recording of his second unpublished original work , the CD " In the Hall of the Barber " with a more popular proposal focused on contemporary dance to cry . The CDs had live recording at Itaú Cultural and Day 03/12/2011 , 21h was released in Choperia SESC Pompeia . Joe Barber performs weekly for over ten years on Tuesdays at the bar of the O Borogodó , Fridays in Cidão bar, both in Vila Madalena , and teaches the practice of cry for groups of instrumentalists. A primeira voz da dupla, Cleiton, que na verdade chama-se Luciano, era cantor de rap e fazia shows em toda região de Goiás desde criança. Camargo, o Werley José, formava uma dupla sertaneja com outro parceiro mas por não estar fazendo muito sucesso procurava outra voz para dividir os palcos em sua carreira. Encontrou quando conheceu Cleiton. De lá para cá, foram seis CDs lançados e muitos sucessos na boca do povo. Cleiton e Camargo ganharam projeção nacional com sua canções e principalmente com as versões que são até hoje hits e campeãs em execução nas rádios. “Na Hora De Amar”, versão de “I´m Speending My Time” do grupo Roxette, foi uma delas, assim como “Se É Amor Não Sei”, versão do tema do filme Top Gun e “Quando Um Grande Amor Se Faz”, versão de Cantare D´amore. Mas nem só versões caíram no gosto do público. Cleiton e Camargo têm uma história cheia de sucessos. Gary Alan Primich nasceu em Chicago, Illinois, e cresceu em Hobart nas proximidades, Indiana. Em 1984, depois de se formor em bacharelado na Universidade de Indiana, Primich mudou-se para Austin, Texas. Enquanto trabalhava na Universidade do Texas, começou a tocar junto com outros músicos em clubes locais. Em 1987, conheceu Jimmy Carl Black, e formaram os "Boys Masculinized". Em 1991 Primich lançou seu primeiro álbum homônimo solo. Gravações raras foram encontradas, e Primich foi contratado pela Fish Records, lançando Mood Travelin '(1994) e Mr. Freeze (1995). Mr. Freeze foi nomeado como um dos 20 melhores álbuns de blues da década de 1990 pelo jornal de Chicago. Além de seus álbuns de carreira, em 1985 Primich lançou um CD duplo Blues Harmonica: The Blues And Beyond. Em junho de 1999, no Teatro Montgomery, em San Jose, Califórnia, Primich realizou uma série de workshops com Howard Levy, Magic Dick, Gary Smith, Lee Oskar, Jerry Portnoy, e Andy Santana. Edenbridge é uma banda de metal melódico fundada em 1998 pelo guitarrista e compositor Lanvall, em Linz, na Áustria. Na vocalista Sabine Edelsbacher e no baixista Kurt Bednarsky, Lanvall encontrou os músicos certos para iniciar sua nova banda. Certa vez ao se apresentarem para uma gravadora, Lanvall definiu o estilo do Edenbridge como “Angelic Bombastic Metal”, que segundo ele define a banda muito bem até hoje, pois o som deles é bombástico e Sabine têm uma voz angelical. No começo de 2000 depois de uma rápida negociação, a banda assinou contrato com a Massacre Records e logo em setembro, foi lançado seu primeiro álbum, “Sunrise In Eden”, com uma boa repercussão e considerado um dos melhores álbums de estréia daquele ano. A imprensa especializada deu ótimas notas ao Edenbridge em suas resenhas, e as vendas cresceram consideravelmente. As suas canções poderiam ser descritas como uma mistura entre o Nightwish e o Edguy, com um toque de Dream Theater, características que poderiam ser ouvidas durante a turnê realizada em novembro de 2000 com o Axxis e o Pink Cream 69. Um ano depois o segundo álbum “Arcana” estava pronto para ser lançado, com produção de Dennis Ward (Pink Cream 69 e Angra). A belíssima capa do CD foi feita por Markus Meyer, responsável por trabalhos com o Nightwish, Blind Guardian, Atrocity, entre outras bandas. “Arcana” foi considerado uma importante obra de algo que podemos classificar como “Metal Melódico Progressivo”. Em janeiro de 2003 a banda lança mais um álbum intitulado “Aphelion”, que conta com a participação do vocalista DC Cooper (ex-Royal Hunt, Silent Force) na faixa “Red Ball in Blue Sky”, onde faz um dueto com Sabine. Os dois já tinham trabalhado juntos anteriormente no projeto Missa Mercuria, lançado pela Hellion Records. Em 2004 a banda grava na Alemanha um CD e DVD intitulado “A Livetime In Eden”, lançado um pouco antes de um novo álbum de estúdio. Também em 2004 a banda lança um novo álbum de inéditas, “Shine”. Edenbridge is a melodic metal band founded in 1998 by guitarist and composer Lanvall in Linz, Austria. Once when presenting to a record label, Lanvall defined Edenbridge style as "Angelic Bombastic Metal", which he defines the band very well today because their sound is bombastic and Sabine have an angelic voice. The trade press gave high marks to Edenbridge in his reviews, and sales increased considerably. His songs could be described as a mix between Nightwish and Edguy, with a touch of Dream Theater, features that could be heard during the tour held in November 2000 with the Axxis and Pink Cream 69. A year later the second album "Arcana" was ready to be released, produced by Dennis Ward (Pink Cream 69 and Angra). The beautiful cover of the CD was made by Markus Meyer, responsible for work with Nightwish, Blind Guardian, Atrocity, among other bands. "Arcana" was considered an important work for something we can classify as "Melodic Metal Progressive". In January 2003 the band released another album entitled "Aphelion", which includes the participation of the singer DC Cooper (ex-Royal Hunt, Silent Force) on the track "Red Ball in Blue Sky," which is a duet with Sabine. The two had previously worked together in the Mass Mercuria project, launched by Hellion Records.
