Rollins Band foi uma banda estadunidense de rock liderada por Henry Rollins, o vocalista do Black Flag. Eles são mais conhecidos por suas músicas "Low Self Opinion" e "Liar", que conseguiu bastante destaque na MTV, ainda no começo dos anos 90. O crítico Steve Huey, descreve a música deles como sendo "intransigente, intensa, com fusões catárticas do hard rock, funk, pós-punk, noise, do jazz e do experimentalismo, com Rollins gritando nervoso..." Em 2000, Rollins Band foi incluída na lista do "Greatest Artists of Hard Rock", da VH1, ficando na 47º posição. Rollins era o vocalista da State of Alert, um grupo punk de Washington, D.C., de 1980 a 1981. Após o término da State of Alert, ele ingressou no Black Flag, outra banda punk, onde permaneceu de agosto de 1981 até o fim da banda, em meados de 1986.
