Tim Simenon (Bombardear o nome artístico Bass) (21 de junho de 1967) é um disco jockey Inglês e produtor musical. Simenon é agora um produtor usical e já trabalhou com músicos de renome, como Depeche Mode, ou rapper Seal. Fundada em 2000 em Amsterdã, onde ele vive agora, sua própria gravadora chamada "Electric Hues", e continua seu trabalho como produtor, alternando o nome do Bomb the Bass e Flow Creator. Simenon começou sua carreira musical na década de oitenta trabalhando como DJ no Clube Wag em Londres. Ele foi um pioneiro da música eletrônica de um certo tipo (um que resamples a última reposição do funk), fazendo uso extensivo de samplers. Um dos primeiros trabalhos importante foi a trilha sonora do jogo de vídeo introdutório para o Amiga Megablast Xenon 2 (1989), que foi utilizado para "Megablast Music" (disco que foi gravado um ano antes). Tornou-se famoso quando lançou o álbum "Into the Dragon"  (1987) sobre o sucesso do single Beat Dis: uma mistura de amostras remixadas estilo funk-even / hip-hop que continham vestígios de The Good, The Bad do seriado de TV Ugly Thunderbirds. Em 1995 ele publicou "Clear", um álbum que soa mais maduro e também incluindo participações importantes, como Sinéad O'Connor, o rapper Justin Warfield ou escritor Will Self. Cada peça tem a participação de uma cantora especial que enfatiza o estilo musical próprio. Em 2001 ele publicou um novo álbum sob o nome Bomb the Bass, intitulado "Clear Cut", mas não foi muito bem sucedido. Um quinto álbum foi gravado sob o nome de "Geoff Smith Frozen Flames" concluída em julho de 2005.

Simenon is now a usical producer and has worked with renowned musicians such as Depeche Mode, or Seal rapper. Founded in 2000 in Amsterdam, where he now lives, his own record label called "Electric Hues" and continues his work as a producer, alternating the name Bomb the Bass and Flow Creator. Simenon began his musical career in the eighties working as a DJ in the Wag Club in London. He was a pioneer of electronic music of a certain type (one that resamples the last reset funk), making extensive use of samplers. One of the first important work was the soundtrack of the introductory video game for the Amiga Megablast Xenon 2 (1989), which was used to "Megablast Music" (disc that was recorded a year earlier). He became famous when he released the album "Into the Dragon" (1987) on the success of the single Beat Dis: a mixture of remixed samples style funk-even / hip-hop containing traces of The Good, The Bad of TV series Ugly Thunderbirds. Simenon worked as a storekeeper in a supermarket when he produced the album, which was initially published by Mister-Ron, as an American production imported from New York: republished by Rhythm King Records soon reached number 2 in the charts of British singles (already achieved number one on the Billboard US Dance), and a cover photo for a long time influencing the iconography of rave and acid house.
