Filho de dois imigrantes italianos, Natalie Della Garavante, genovesa, mais conhecida como "Dolly", e Anthony Martin Sinatra, um siciliano, analfabeto e boxeador, o pai de Frank Sinatra imigrou para Nova York, abordo do Cittá di Millano SS.
